Dr. O is the Director of Applications & Technology at Mechnano, a materials company bringing carbon nanotube technology to the world of AM. She leads the development of additive manufacturing materials and identifies applications for these materials to meet customer needs. During her time at Mechnano, Dr. O has developed and released four new product lines and refined various other materials for development.

The TCT Women in 3D Printing Innovator Award 2024 finalists were announced on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024 during the ‘TCT Awards – Meet the WI3DP Innovators’ virtual Panel Session, hosted by TCT Head of Content, Laura Griffiths, and WI3DP President, Kristin Mulherin. Dr. O Ivanova stands out among the five finalists, representing Mechnano with distinction and showcasing her remarkable achievements in the field.

With a background in Analytical Chemistry and over a decade of experience across academia, industry, and government sectors, Dr. O brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Prior to joining Mechnano, she served as Applications Lead and Services Manager at Open Additive, where she developed relationships with customers across various industries and academia to meet their AM research and application needs.
