About Mechnano

At Mechnano, we specialize in leading the transformation of Additive Manufacturing (AM) materials by incorporating discrete, dispersed, and functionalized Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) using our innovative processes. With our proprietary dCNT technology, we empower AM materials to achieve unparalleled advancements in properties such as static dissipation, impact resistance, tear resistance, and tensile strength.

Based in Arizona, our team has dedicated over a decade to research and development, securing over 130 process and composition of matter patents to protect our innovative processes and compositions. Our unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of material science has positioned us as leaders in the fabrication of AM parts with CNTs using various AM technologies.

The Mechnano Advantage

We are firm believers in the power of innovation stemming from the tiniest elements. By unlocking the transformative potential of CNTs, we are paving the way for a new era of possibilities in AM materials, breaking free from the constraints of traditional performance limits.

Our approach is built on collaboration, drawing upon a wealth of diverse experiences and perspectives from our team, partners, and the broader AM community. Together, we create solutions greater than the sum of their parts.

A Commitment to Community

Mechnano is proud to be part of the Arizona State University Polytechnic Innovation District. Our advanced technology lab not only drives material innovation but also fosters the next generation of scientists and engineers. Through our collaboration with ASU, we equip students with essential skills in laboratory procedures, data interpretation, and scientific methods, ensuring they are prepared to excel in their careers.

Pioneering the Future

Founders Scott Gillette and Steven Lowder envisioned a company that could redefine the capabilities of AM materials. Today, Mechnano is delivering on that vision by bringing to market high-performance materials that meet the needs of industries seeking more reliable and economical solutions.

With Mechnano, the future of Additive Manufacturing is brighter, stronger, and more resilient.
